Mr. Lorse Henry Saffold

Lorse Henry Saffold  was born February 18, 1947 in Gordon, AL. to the late Lovie Cooper and O’nell Saffold .

Lorse accepted Christ as his personal savior at a young age. He was educated in the Alabama School System. In 1985 he started his own business L&D Cement Finishers and later started a  second business S&S Concrete Finishers. In 2007, he relocated to Dothan, AL. from Miami, FL.

In 2010 he was united in Holy Matrimony to his true love Hazel Strickland.

He was preceded in death by: his mother Lovie Cooper, and his father O’nell Saffold, three sons: Emory Saffold, Sandy Saffold,  and Rodney Saffold.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Hazel Strickland Saffold, four sons: Randy (Sophia) Saffold, Lorse (Kimberly) Saffold Jr., Devin (Deshanda) Saffold, Rodrick Faison, two daughters: Natrisha Scott, Ty’kerria Saffold, one bonus daughter Octavia, eight grandkids, two great grandkids, one brother, two sisters, three aunts, one god daughter, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
