On Monday, September 22, 2025, God saw an angel that needed to ascend to the heavens, Cornelius Javon Frazier took flight to be with our Lord and Savior. Born to Loretta Frazier and Malvin Brown, along with his identical twin Carlos, he begin his assignment.
Neil gave his life to Christ at an early age and joined Mt. Carmel Baptist Church of Ashford Alabama. Lovingly known as "Twin," Neil was educated through Dothan City Schools at Dothan High School. Twin was a member of the Tigers Football team and basketball team. As a member of the graduating class of 2005, Neil kept everyone smiling and never met a stranger.
