Grady Collins Jr

Grady Collins Jr, 74, passed away on January 25, 2020 in Dothan, AL. Born in Headland, AL the oldest of six children and was raised in Dothan, AL. Later he moved to St. Petersburg, FL where he met and married Anne Livingston. To this union they had two daughters.

Trained as a chef at Gibbs Junior College (now known as St. Petersburg College), Grady worked as a chef at Howard Johnson. He also worked as a maintenance supervisor and owned his own lawn service. After retiring, Grady returned to Dothan where he worked at Able Body Shop.

Grady was preceded in death by his father, Grady Collins Sr.; brothers: Robert Collins, Frank Collins, and James "Bear" Collins, and one sister, Rose Watson.

He is survived by his wife, Anne L. Collins; daughters: Michelle Irvin and Denise Collins; sons: Anthony Hammond and Michael Fadd; grandson's: Jonathan Wainwright II and Edward Irvin; granddaughters: Alexus Nettles and Eliyah Brown; great granddaughters: Serenity McGhee and Ari Irvin; great grandsons: Jonathan Wainwright III, Geoffrey Kirksey, Ah'mir Wiley Emi and Eli Irvin; mother, Pearline Collins; his brother, Jerry Collins and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
