Junior Waters was born on July 31, 1948 to the late Arthur Mae and Thonnie Waters.

He was preceded in death by both parents Arthur Mae and Thonnie Waters; wife, Claudia Mae Waters; one sister, Irene Evans Waters; one brother, Clemmie Lee Waters; one uncle, Sam Wyms.

He leaves to cherish his memories four sons: Jerry Waters, Tyrone Waters, Eddie Waters, and Fredrick Waters; two daughters: Annie Waters and LaRonica Waters all of Dothan, AL; eleven grandchildren; one sister, Ollie Mae McClutchen of Hollywood, FL; one aunt, Chatta Johnson of Eaton Park, FL; one special cousin, Ruby Lois Potter of Dothan, AL;  three close friends: Minnie Davis, Joe Dozier, and Mr. Hall and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
