Denise leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Jermaine Smiley; one daughter, Stoneya Smiley of Ozark, AL; her mother, Therese Dor of Dothan, AL; two brothers: Chris Dor and Jude Dor of Dothan, AL; her father, Denny (Felicia) Smiley of Ozark, AL; two brothers-in-law: Danny (Mary) Smiley of Dothan, AL and Erice Smiley of Ozark, AL and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
