Terry Lee Thomas was born November 19, 1952, in Headland, Alabama, to the late Henry Lee and Elizabeth Ward Thomas. He was one of six children born into the Thomas family and shared close ties with his siblings throughout his life. At an early age, Terry joined St. Peter A.M.E. Church and remained a devoted and faithful member. He served the church in many capacities while demonstrating a deep love for God and his church family.Terry was a 1973 graduate of Headland High School. For more than 30 years, he was gainfully employed at Rebwood Inc., where he was known for his dedication, reliability, and strong work ethic. His long-term service re4ected his commitment to providing for his family and contributing faithfully to his workplace.Terry was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Henry C. Thomas; and sister, Mae Katherine Marsh.Terry was a proud father and grandfather who deeply adored his children and grandchildren. He always brought joy and laughter to their lives with his sense of humor. His ability to make them smile and laugh created treasured memories that they will forever hold close to their hearts.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughters: Tara (Tyrone) Peterman of Montgomery, Alabama and Jessica (Trey) Thomas of Atlanta, Georgia; grandchildren: Devin Kincey, Taylor Peterman, and Morgan Alford; brothers: Mon (Beverly) Thomas of Atlanta, Georgia, Jerry (Mary) Thomas of Dothan, Alabama; and Robert (Ingrid) Thomas of Headland, Alabama; life-long companion: Brenda Anthony of Headland, Alabama; along with a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will forever remember his kindness, humor, and quiet strength
