James Life Story
On Wednesday, April 14, 1937, an angelic bouncy baby was born to Clem and Flossie Cooper Taylor. They named this adorable baby James Edward. On January 22, 2021, God saw fit to call James to his Heavenly home. James was baptized at an early age at New Bethel Baptist Church and remained a faithful member until his health failed. He also served as a Trustee at New Bethel and was also the custodian for many years.
James attended Dothan City Schools and after high school James started working at City Drug Store where he remained a faithful employee for forty (40) years. James soon met the love of his life, Rose Mary McKinzie and on May 25, 1957 James and Rose were united in holy matrimony.
