Keontre Shonterris Whatley

Keontre’ (Tre’) Shonterris Whatley was born January 7, 2002 to Lashay Whatley and Shawn Smith of Dothan, AL.

At an early age Keontre attended Miracle Evangelistic Church of God under the leadership of the late Apostle Frank Mobley Sr. in Ashford, AL. He attended Honeysuckle Middle School, Dothan High School, and most recently The ARC in Dothan, AL.

Keontre’ Whatley was called home on Monday, March 2, 2002.

He was preceded in death by his great grandmothers: Frances Whatley and Marie Tiller; great grandfathers: Horace Whatley and Johnny Tiller Sr.; two great uncles: Harris Whatley and Douglas Whatley; two great aunts: Madis Flowers and his beloved Mary Turner.

He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Lashay Whatley; father, Shawn Smith; one sister, Sherryah Foxx; five brothers: Dikevous, Tyolarius, Emoni, Khayzan, and Shawn Jr.; two grandmothers: Ann Tiller and Ellie Smith; one great grandmother, Ozella Smith; two grandfathers: Johnny Tiller of Bainbridge, GA and David Smith of Dothan, AL; three aunts: Nickey Whatley, Davionna Smith, and Eisha Smith of Dothan, AL; four uncles: Brandon Tiller, Zedric Garrison, David (Booney) Smith Jr. and Clint Smith of Dothan, AL; a very special friend, Terrance Ramsey and a host of other relatives and friends.
