Anthony Mcdaniel 55 went home to be with the lord on September 8,2021. He was born July 17,1966 in Ozark AL to the late Willie Mcdaniel Jr and Mary Alice Mcdaniel of Ozark.

Anthony truly enjoyed his youth. As a child he attended Pleasant Grove A.M.E Zion church. He then became a member of Grace Baptist church where he was later baptized. Anthony was a true man of God and believed in doing right by others regardless of the circumstances.

He was a graduate of Carroll High School class of 1985. Follwing his graduation he attended Job Corp in Montgomery AL. Anthony was well known in the community. He worked for Dale County School systems for 14yrs. Upon a career change he later started working for the City of Dothan Enviromental Services.

Anthony was a devoted father and grandfather who took pride in playing football and baseball with his grandson.

If you knew Anthony you knew all about his grandson JRock as he called him. From them playing sports together to watching there favorite team Alabama on Saturdays they did everything together.

Anthony is preceded in death by his father Willie Mcdaniel Jr, brother Ferrod Lopez Mcdaniel and son "AJ" Anthony Mcdaniel Jr. He is survived by mother Mary Alice Mcdaniel two daughter Tomekia Cooper and Chelsea Cooper a grandson Jayden Cooper "JRock" and three brothers Randy Mcdaniel (Julie), Alphonzo Mcdaniel(Valarie) and James Mcdaniel one sister Darlene Stanford(Louie) and special friend Carolyn Bailey
