Ms. Gracie Bell Kellie

She was the youngest child born to Dora and Beverly Powell on November 13, 1948. At an early age, Gracie joined Sardis Missionary Baptist Church. Upon becoming a member of Sardis she served on the trusty board. She was a faithful member of Sardis gospel choir where she sang alto and baritone. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, auntie, and friend. She was dedicated to helping those who came to her with a need. She loved to laugh and bring joy to others. Her cakes were famous with anyone who had one. She will be truly missed. She was preceded in death by her mother Dora Powell father, Beverly Powell; husband, Alter Kellie; brothers: Kenneth Ausby, Willie D. Jackson and Earl Ausby. She leaves to cherish her memory a son, Anthony Jones and daughter-in-law, Victoria Jones; grandchildren: Isaiah Lynn, Sierra Garces (Luis) and Elijah Lynn (Serena); great grandchildren: Natalie Lynn, Sophia Garces, Henry Garces and Zoey Lynn; sisters: Annie Jones of Dothan, AL, Bernice Woods of New York, and Louise Austin (Thomas) of Dothan, AL; brothers: Henry (Thelma) Ausby of New Jersey and Willie (Mary) Powell of Headland, AL; sisters-in-law: Lumania Ausby of Dothan, AL, Helen Kellie of Dothan, AL, and Jenette (Edgar) Walton; and a host of special nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and special friends.
