Ms. Iler Dee Smith

Ms. Iler Dee Smith was born on December 24, 1929 to the late Mr. & Mrs. Ward Turner. She confessed Christ and joined Morning Star Baptist Church, Clanton, AL and later North Highland Baptist Church, Dothan, AL where she was a faithful member until her death. Ms. Smith was also a member of the Wiregrass Temple 566 I.P.P.OE of Wiregrass.

She departed this life on Sunday, January 17, 2021 at her residence in Dothan, AL.

She was preceded in death by four brothers: Grover C. Turner, Clyde C. Turner, Leslie Turner, and Eddie B. Turner; six sisters: Elsie Bell Boline, Ruth Cunningham, Annie Kennebrew, V’Ester Turner, Hattie Lucille Kemp and Gladys M. Kennedy.

She leaves to mourn her memory a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
